Is It Safe To Take Naprelan With Vyvanse

My grandson will turn 16 in February. He is 6' tall and weights 220 lbs. He takes Vyvanse for ADHD. Another doctor prescribed Naprelan to help heal a elbow injury. Is it safe to take both of these drugs?

There are no interactions listed between taking them both, but you should check with a doctor, or pharmacist to be certain.

The Naprelan contains the active ingredient Naproxen, so it doesn't actually help heal and injury, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that can help with pain and swelling that has been caused by the injury.
