Is It Safe To Switch To 81 Mg Aspirin After Years Of Being On 325

Is it safe for doctor put me on 81 mg aspirin after being on 325 mg daily for over 20 years? No bad effects prompted this-just his decision. I have history of hypertension; diabtes, mild congestive heart failure, high tryglycerides low HDl cholesterol & overall cholesterol of 180.I am 6ft and weigh 290 used to play h.s. football. I am in mid 60's

Hi Lou,

I can't really even say taking aspirin is safe in the long term, no matter the dosage. All of the ailments you have and may still be dealing with can be treated just by a change in lifestyle. Have you ever heard of the raw/vegan lifestyle? Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables (including the entire cannabis plant- which is now being regarded as a vegetable) can have immense healing effects on the entire body, there are people who have eliminated cancer just by switching to a diet that consists only of fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. Many Conventional doctors don't want people to know that they can heal themselves without all this medication! I'm not telling you change your lifestyle, but I am offering information on a subject that I think will only benefit you and others. There is lots of information out there about the amazing ways you can heal yourself without drugs, it's not hard to find! :) I hope you take what I've written into consideration and find a method of healing that will better serve your body, mind, and soul for years to come!
