Is Elca Forte A Vitamin Tablet

My self and my wife is prescribed Elca forte as Vitamin tablet. Is that fine? Does it has any side effects?

I am suffering from severe sciatic legpains due to disorder from L4 & L5.
I am priscribed following medicenes
1 ) MAXGALIN CAPS-75 mg one per day.
2) "ELCAFORTE CAPs. - one per day.
3)LONAZEP MD Tab.0.25 MG, one per day
Is it O.K. What are side effects? Does it contain Steorids?
