The answer to your question is Yes, One or more of the active ingredients found in Coveram does have an interaction with Grapefruit in general. The interaction mentions that the consumption of grapefruit or grapefruit juice may slightly increase plasma concentrations of the drug; particularly the ingredient "Amlodipine". At this point in time, data regarding this issue has been conflicting and the clinical significance is unknown. Monitoring for calcium channel blocker adverse effects (e.g., headache, hypotension, syncope, tachycardia, edema) is recommended though.
