This medication is listed as containing Ebastine, and Betamethasone, both of which can sometimes cause elevated blood pressure and heart rate, so it might not be safe for her to take it, according NIH reports.
I suffered congestive heart failure and high blood pressure, and there are some medications that I cannot safely take, either. She shouldn't take anything her doctor has not approved. Doing so could be very risky, she might even experience another stroke, if she takes something she shouldn't.
