Still sleeping all the time even after infusions

Iron infusion therapy is a treatment in which iron is put intravenously into the body. If it hasn't done anything for you physically, mentally, or emotionally, I would wonder if iron deficiency was even a problem to begin with?

Other common causes of fatigue and sleepiness throughout the day could also be determined by:
-Water intake
-Vitamin B12 levels
-Caloric intake (including the "types" of foods you're eating)
-Vitamin D levels (or not getting outside enough)
-Seasonal depression
-etc…

Have you had all of your levels checked, or was it just for iron in particular?
