Invega Tablet

Hi, I took Invega tablets usually 12mg and sometimes 15mg for a total of about 6 months and I was wondering how long it would take to get out of my system completely and if there was any way I could get it out faster? Maybe there's something the doctor can prescribe that would help get it out faster. I'm a bipolar schizoaffective and I just have a lot of mind racing and manic and depressed episodes but when I took this pill and it built up about a month later I nearly committed suicide. I've talked to my doctor and he's decided to take me off the pill and just keep me on mood stabilizers. If anyone knows how long it should take to get this out of my system and if there's any way to get it out faster please let me know. Thanks.

Hello, Eric! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the experience you had.

No, there's really no way to do it any faster, it's just going to take time.

After being on it for 6 months, it may take a couple weeks, before you start to feel back to normal. You may experience some withdrawal effects, as listed by the FDA, which may include mood swings, rebound depression and diarrhea.

How is it going so far?
