Inner Ear Treatment

my father aged 79, weight 62, angio plasty done for one stent after heart attack in june' 2000, BP has always been normal as yet, (diabatic for the last 37 years were on tablet but now on insulin humiline 70-30 for the last 2 years), having ear pain for the last three months, have used ciprofloxacine ear drops for one month and ciprofloxacine 750 for 14 days orally for ear infection, biopsy has also been carried out but nothing revealed. now puss formation has been minimized but rapid cramps of severe pain still persists, being treated by naproxin sodium for pain. how much and how long naproxin sodium 550 may be taken.? moreover, chemerol + diclofenic potasium has also been tried. dicophenic sodium can not be given which knowingly decreases sodium serum levels as the patient have experienced hyponatremia of a very severe kind when sodium levels fell to 10 where it should be more than 30.
