Daflonex is actually a supplement which contains Hesperidin, it is believed to be an anti-oxidant, with anti-inflammatory and sedative properties. That said, since this is a supplement, it is actually not proven to help with anything and possibly side effects are unknown.

I also can't find any information on whether or not the components are different between the two.
