May be a name brand tramadol otherwise reffered to as ultram. Also kolanzapam had a round white in the nineties u believe it to be .5 mg opposed to umpa lumpas that are1 mg

The correct marking on those white round pills is actually "V 61 60" as opposed to "V 09 19"; it's just an upside down reading of it. These pills are identified as Trazodone hydrochloride 50 mg.

Trazodone is indicated for:

To the original poster, is that the complete imprint? There are a lot of pills with an M on them and I can't tell you what they are, unless we know the complete markings.
