Hi Vandan,
Based on my research, Szetalo contains 10mgs of the antidepressant Escitalopram. The difference is that Szetalo Plus ALSO contains 10mgs of Clonazepam; a Benzodiazepine-class drug used to treat anxiety, panic attacks, and seizures.
Depending on how long she's been using Szetalo Plus for, not having the Clonazepam in her system could potentially trigger withdrawal symptoms to occur, if they haven't already.
Has your grandmother given you any feedback after trying the regular Szetalo?
