You should be able to take it. Phenobarbital is a barbiturate, but Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine, so they aren't related.
The FDA lists Chlordiazepoxide as carrying the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
However, that doesn't guarantee that you will not also have an allergic reaction to this medication. Many people with medication allergies turn out to be allergic to various medications.
