I'm trying to identify a pill imprinted with U 153. There's also a cross score (X) on the back like you could cut into four pieces. Thanks for any help.

Is it possible that the marking is actually U 159? Can you please double check and post back?
There is tablet with that marking that is scored in a cross shape, it is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is muscle relaxant that is used to the pain associated with sprains, strains, and spasms.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
It is a relatively mild one, not nearly as potent as some of the others that are available.
