Ibuprofen With Pliva 787 For Sinusitis

Can I take with ibuprofen with pliva 787? I have sinusitis with horrible upper respiratory issues. I'm stuffy and congested.

Pliva lists this tablet as containing 250mgs of Azithromycin, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat, or prevent various types of bacterial infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

However, neither of these medications will alleviate the stuffiness and congestion. Were you prescribed anything else?
