Ip 465 White Oval Pill
Updatedwhite oval shaped pill with IP465 on one side - is this Hydrocodone?
It is not Hydrocodone, IP 465 is actually Ibuprofen 600 mg. It is a pain killer and anti-inflammatory. Do you have any other questions or information to add? Please post back if you do...
Would anyone be able to tell me the name of the manufacturer?
@Smith,
The manufacturer of this pill is Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
For further verification, you can also view the National Drug Code (NDC) of this specific pill, listed below:
53746-0465
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Is it suppose to make ur face itchy?
The IP 465 & 512 Is it addiction pill?
What is the different btw Percocet & Hydrocodone & Oxycodone? how strong in level of addiction?
Once u start taken any of these 3 drugs.its downhill from this point stright to Rock bottom. Then U wind up with all ur hero's at the Methadone Clinic.
And That Is A Fact Jack!!!!!!
I just want to know how different btw these two pills, my mom got IP465 from Thailand and she just got accident and doctor gave her Oxycodone so she is 71 years old and just want to make sure it is not too strong and addicted. Thank you.
Those are all members of the codone family. I believe the strength of each is mostly dependent on the prescribe dosage. But oxycodone being the most potent. I have a parent that was addicted to hydrocodene (lower dosage) and then after a surgery and prescribed oxy was highly addicted after a couple weeks of usage. Once that ran out and she couldn't more she went back to hydrocodene and supplemented with drinking because the hydro wasn't doing the trick anymore. It is very dangerous for anyone with an addictive personality or "enjoys" the effects if pain killers.
I personally wouldn't put my 70+ mother or anyone for that matter on it for more then a time here or there for severe pain. Daily use is dangerous as the body build a quick need for it.
Additionally several years ago when I was really sick and had severe pain from it I was prescribed percocete. After a week if taking it daily (it completely knocked me out) I stopped taking it and the splitting headaches were almost unbearable... luckily i was young and didnt know better so i didnt resort back to the meds. So weaning off is essential to avoid major body withdrawal even with short term but regular usage.
I always prided myself on not getting wrapped up in drugs. My rule was "PARENTS DON'T DO DRUGS" I had my first child at 17 and had not lived at "home" since age 14. I worked hard, if my son needed more, I worked harder. At age 33 I was injured and prescribed oxycodone. I stopped taking it, but it had its hold on me. I was mortified, humiliated, and felt like a failure. How could this happen? I was so scared. I asked for help. Went to an inpatient detox program and got clean. I educated my kids and shared my experience and apologizied, showing them we all make mistakes and it's ok. Most important, addiction does not discriminate. I love my boys. I asked them for forgiveness. I'm proud of my choice to be honest. If you are in trouble, try not to be scared. You are not alone. Reach out, get YOU back. Then help others. Be strong. Be proud. Be vulnerable. Let people in and watch your life transform in front of your own eyes. Find you again. Trust me. I'm a recovering addict.
Very tue.. those 3 pills are extremely addictive. You never think it will happen to you, but it will.
What would be the effects of IP465, Ibuprofen 600 mg, on a six year old child?
are you out of your mind?
Don't take pain pills unless you absolutely positively and honestly need them. They kill you liver and brain cells!
Yes please do not take these if you don't need them.. try to take them only as needed if prescribed
Not IP 465, that is ibuprofen (according to online medical pill ID sites--I am not a doctor) it's the same as Advil. It could cause a stomach ache in a child, rather use "baby aspirin" in a six year old. Good luck.
Call your local pharmacy they will answer all these questions for free and professionally
Be cautious with the medication that has CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE on the bottle. This is a narcotic. Not everyone is prone to addiction. My mom was prescribed painkillers for dibilitating arthritis. She didn't like the effect and stopped taking them when the pain stopped. My brother had heart surgery, same thing. Stopped after two days. This will be a clue as to whether or not they have an addictive personality. As for myself, I would not be able to differentiate between the pain and the craving for more. Everyone is different. Hopefully this is helpful.
Ibuprofen is not Hydrocodone or Oxycodone; it is exactly what it says - 600mg of Ibuprofen... that's all.
With that being said, I agree with the other posters. I am over 40 years old now but in my youth and up until just a short time ago, I played around with every drug in the book and the only one that managed to get a real grip on my was Oxy.
I find that Oxy will effect people in one of two ways: 1) It makes you drowsy and dopey, or 2) it makes you a rock star. Totally on point and sharp as a tack and with no noticeable side effects (but many bad side effects to your organs). This drug boosted my career and in under six months, I went from my starting position of "Manager of Operations" at one of the worlds largest bond brokerages to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing - I was the second in command, answering only to the President of the company. Our firm owned a 20 story office building on Madison Avenue and five branch offices all across the United States.
I reached this very high level so quickly because of how I worked when on Oxycontin. In the beginning I was taking 1/2 of an 80mg pill a day and within a month I was up to between 4-6 80mg pills a day or more. The only down side for me was when the drug was in short supply.
FYI - the withdrawals from opiates are probably the worst of any other drug. The pills cost a fortune but at that time I was making a ridiculously high salary so money wasn't an issue. However, if I had no reserves then I was in BIG trouble.
My advice is to STAY AWAY. If you MUST try it then go ahead but seriously, try not to start taking them everyday because you WILL get addicted. This is coming from a guy who would sometimes wear a morphine patch for a few days out of the week so believe me when I say that I've been around the block.
The addiction rate is greater than any other drug Ive ever seen.
Is there anything I could take to help swelling

I took the pill it made me sick what can ... I take to make the pains go away in my stomach
What difference between oxycontin and norco? I know a person who has been taking norcos for 5 yrs more for arthritis.
Your facts are fiction, pain killers don't lead to junky town. They lead you to less pain. If your going to stick a needle in yourself to feel high you probably don't need to waist time with weak narcotics like pain killers.
What would it do to me if I take it
What pills oval with ip 465 on it
Ice. If that doesnt help any anti inflammatory...ibuprofen aspirin or naproxen (Aleve). Use least possible effective dose...start with half the recommended dose...if you don't feel any better take another half dose. These drugs are hard on your stomach, liver and bones. You're better off finding the cause of the inflammation and dealing with that than just taking drugs.
As far as I know a Rounded white pill with 16 on it is Name Brand Drug "Motrin" 600 mg.....The Oval white pill with ip 465 is generic 600 mg Ibuprofen. In my experience I have ALWAYS found the Name Brand of any Rx more powerful!! Since the pill you are asking about has 18 on it that's probably 800 mg Motrin..While the ip 466 is 800 mg Ibuprofen..Hope this helps
