Hello, Jimmy! How are you?
Are you referring to an oblong, white tablet with the marking IP 190 on one side and 500 on the other?
If so, it is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals (formerly Intrapharm) and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is classified by the FDA as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. (NDC 53746-0190).
