I Wouldn't Worry

I took two drug tests while I was on suboxone everyday. Both test came up negative for drugs. You have to understand they can only test for specific drugs and unless they are testing specifically for suboxone it's not going to come up as an opioid.

Thanks for sharing this bit of information. It really clears things up for me, as I was coming across a lot of mixed opinions on whether or not Suboxone was even tested for, since it doesn't appear to be a commonly abused drug. I've also read somewhere that the cost can be pretty high for them to check for it anyways.

The cost isn't high at all- in fact, you can find suboxone test strips very easily for about $1.50.

But you're right in that they have to be specifically testing for it and that's not very common. Yet anyway
