Hello, Juan! How are you?
The A1C is basically an average that shows how your blood sugar has been doing over a certain period of time. There's no way to just suddenly lower it and make your sugar levels look as if they've been doing well.
You'll need to take your medications, as prescribed and make sure to eat a health, low sugar/low fat diet, while also getting lots of exercise, so it starts to go down to normal levels.
