I Took 60mg Of Adderall And It Isn't Doing Anything

I took a 60mg adderall today and I'm wondering why nothing has happened? I took it once and I was all over the place; and it was only 10mg. Why isn't 60mg doing anything?

Where did you obtain the medication? Are you sure it is actually Adderall?

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, and anorexia.
