What specifically are you allergic to? Can you post back and provide more details?
Not all medications contain the same coloring agents, if any, since some obtain their color naturally from just the ingredients used.
Additionally, are you looking for something via prescription, or over the counter? Have you tried asking your doctor, or pharmacist for assistance?
I know there are many white pain pills available over the counter, including many Tylenol/Acetaminophen products. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
