For the past couple months I have had these things form underneath my right armpit. They get really big and are full of white and yellow puss. It's just underneath one arm. If anyone knows why this is happening please tell me!

Such issues are usually caused by an infection and an antibiotic is required to eradicate the bacteria. The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
How often do they occur? Have you change anything in your hygiene routine, recently, such as your deodorant, shaving cream, razor, or etc.? I used to get them from a certain deodorant I used, but the problem stopped, when I threw it away.
