I Have A Case Of Anxiety Impossible Depression

I'd really you some Xanax to calm anxiety I have lost so many loved ones one in which I found in and the rest of them I had to watch that my dad from cancer my grandma from Asian my uncle from cancer anxiety levels high and I'm thinking I might have some depression I can't stop thinking about my dad or my uncle or brother-in-law or my grandma it's constantly non-stop on my mind and I've heard that that's the best thing for it so just let me know if you can help me or not and I'll quit bugging you

You're not bugging anyone Sunny. What you need is some old fashioned therapy along with some possible medicine as well. It would be best to make an appointment with a Psychiatrist although a Psychologist can help you but without the medicine
