I Found A Black Oblong Pill

i found a large oblong black pill with no markings. Its not a capsule.Its hard and whats im not sure whats inside. What is it?

I have these. Its a vitamin I got from my doctor. He has them labeled "T-Gram Multi Vitamin". I am trying to find them to purchase online. (which is how I found your questionc).

I am not sure if that is what the original poster has, because with no markings, it is very difficult to say with any certainty.

The actual name of them, however, is T-Gran, but I can't find any information about what specifically is in them, just that it is a multivitamin/mineral supplement.
