I Am Taking 2mg Xanax To Sleep.
UpdatedThe 2mg Xanax bars I am prescribed or not strong enough to put me to sleep. I have severe insomnia. I have been trying lots of deffenent mess for over the years. I am up to 4 to 5 wmg Xanax bars a night. So my question is what is stronger to help me to sleep.

Xanax is not a sleeping medicine! You are taking this drug for all the wrong reasons and at the dosage you say you are taking with little results you soon will develop a tolerance which will be very hard to discontinue from and can make you quite ill. If they are not working don't take them, but withdraw slowly I caution you!
Xanax is for anxiety you are taking to much be careful with the Withdrawal is Dangerous I would recommend you to stop taking them they are not for sleeping Talk to your doctor before you start to stop taking them
