i am using censpram 10mg from 1year. what is the use of it and any side effects are there for this tablets

Censpram contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant that's also used to treat anxiety disorders.


Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and weight changes.

I am using censpram 20 mg as advised by my doctor. However, I feel low, more depressed and have major crying bouts. I used to be on Fludac 20 which I don't know helpe me or not. Plus I m very , very, very anxious about weight gain. I just cannot afford to gain more weight. It upsets me, depresses me.What do i do?
