i found a small white round pill with apo a line and 0.1 under it and nothing on the other side can anyone tell me what it is

From what I've found this is a Canadian tablet that contains 0.1mg of Clonidine, which has quite a few medical uses, such as helping to lower high blood pressure, anxiety, panic attacks and etc.
