What can anybody tell me about Hydroxyzine pamoate?

1st. Tried it for extreme allergies, ( went down the toilet) couldn't function the next day ( felt like I was trapped in general anesthesia) and could not function. Fast forward re-tried lately for hives & itching , now it hardly works and takes hours before it kicks in. Just stick with cheap benadryl.????

I was just prescribed Hydroxyzine from my Dr and would like to know what it's supposed to look like? I try and always ask.

I had a problem with addiction to xanax and had no problem with hydroxyzine- I suffer from skin rash, depression and anxiety and hydroxyzine addresses all three

I just had a steroid shot about 9 hrs ago. Can I take hydroxyzine 25 mg to help me sleep? If so, how long does it take to work? I didn't sleep last night due to my nose being stuffy. I also took a mucinex pill too. I am having trouble relaxing to fall asleep. Please help me.

I got Hydroxyzine Pamoate 25mg in 7/12/13. Is it still ok to take it? Will it make me sick or give me hives? I was given it after my surgery but I wasn't having nausea, only pain.

I had these hydroxyzine pills for more than 5 months and the lid was not sealed. Can I still use it?

My 50mg dosage of hydroxyzine pamoate is too strong I feel. It keeps me asleep too long. Just wondering if I can open the capsule to reduce it in strength?

I accidentally took two hydroxyzine 25mg tablets. I threw up the first and mistakenly took the other; which was also thrown up. I don't know if my weight matters but I'm about 130 lbs. Will I be okay?

I'm taking Hydroxyzine hcl 50mg. Every six hours as needed. Now I'm constantly shaking, I barely sleep, and my attacks come back stronger reach time. I'm tempted to ask my doctor to switch me back to xanax. At least I it works and works fast for anxiety and sleep

I just started Hydroxyzine yesterday ..coming off xanax, I am dizzy and feel very lighthead. I don't like the side effect. Not sure how long this will last. Does anyone know?

No medication is to be kept for more than a year. It will have lost its potency. Some medications can actually become harmful. So please do yourself a favor throw it out and ask your doctor for a new prescription.

Hey brother, I feel the pain. I'm not on HP until this evening but here's a couple things you might try.

1. No caffeine or stimulants after 3 PM. Most say noon but that's bulls***, they've probably never had a desk job or spent any time in the military.

2. Get in a good rhythm. Set an alarm on your phone that gently reminds you it's about bed time.

3. When your alarm goes off, IMMEDIATELY swing your legs to the floor. Congrats, you've done the hard part.

4. There are "hot spots" as I had them described them to me, and they allegedly are times where you are at the lowest form of sleep so if you wake up during one of these "faults", you'll wake up far less groggy.

I have been taking hydroxyzine for a few months now I can honestly say that it helps me with my anxiety and I take 50 milligrams 4 times a day. It's no were near as bad as used to be. Hope this helps you with what you was asking.
