What can anybody tell me about Hydroxyzine pamoate?

I just had a steroid shot about 9 hrs ago. Can I take hydroxyzine 25 mg to help me sleep? If so, how long does it take to work? I didn't sleep last night due to my nose being stuffy. I also took a mucinex pill too. I am having trouble relaxing to fall asleep. Please help me.

I had a problem with addiction to xanax and had no problem with hydroxyzine- I suffer from skin rash, depression and anxiety and hydroxyzine addresses all three

I was just prescribed Hydroxyzine from my Dr and would like to know what it's supposed to look like? I try and always ask.

1st. Tried it for extreme allergies, ( went down the toilet) couldn't function the next day ( felt like I was trapped in general anesthesia) and could not function. Fast forward re-tried lately for hives & itching , now it hardly works and takes hours before it kicks in. Just stick with cheap benadryl.????
