Started with M358 7.5 Hydrocodone next time I was given pill 3594 and didnt think that it worked as well . I have had it three times now for low back pain and today back to M358. Is it simply the manufacturer? ## Both tablets contain 75mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one manufacturer to another, so you may just not be getting as much in the ones with the 3594 V marking from Qualitest. It is a 7.5 mg hydrocodone with 325 mg tylenol. ## No, this is just an over the counter tablet that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. My husband has COPD. He was prescribed the Hydrocodone APAP 5 500 by his doctor for back pain. However, 1 pill seems to allow him to breathe better and reduces all his aches and pain (of course). I took 3 Lortab 10's exactly 6 days ago and want to know how long till i could pass a blood test. hydrocodone white with red specks with a V on the pill ## This pill is Hydrocodone 7.5 500 APAP ## It is only that if it is an oblong pill that also has the numbers 3591 on it, as well as the V. Does this match the tablet in question? And even if it does, that dosage is also incorrect, as the tablet that meets that description contains ONLY 2.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. ## and if it has a V on one side with the numbers 3604 on the other it's 5mg hydrocodone and 325mg acetaminophen

ilhich will b btteri ## Both of these contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the only difference is in the amount of Acetaminophen, the M 360 contains 750mgs of it and the Norco only contains 325mgs of it. Side effects are the same for both: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. For a hair test, Hydrocodone can be detected for up to 90 days after your last dose. And for a saliva test, up to 1-10 days after your last dose. SO, 358 = 7.5/500 , and 360 = 7.5/750 . You want less acetaminophen. Chemical wise they are essentialy the same. Hydrocodone(5mg)/Acetaminophen(500mg). Each manufacturer may use different fillers for there pills but, you will be recieveng the same dose from either one ## Hi Loiselle, Thanks for sharing this bit of information! That slight variation of inactive ingredients seems to have such a big impact on how the drug itself is metabolized and used by your body. Unfortunately, I think these fillers are part of the reason why so many people react differently to the same medications and experience different side effects. Does anyone else have thoughts on this?
