I have some from long time of ago and I dont remember what the mgs are. ## At this time, the tablet with the M 363 marking contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, Norco or Lortab. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. Learn more Vicodin details here. And to add an additional note for anyone that may be viewing this post at a later date… The FDA has requested that the amount of Acetaminophen in all of the prescription combination medications that combine it with a narcotic be lowered to a maximum of 325mgs. The reason this is being done is due to the risk o...
I just wanted to know how much hydrocodone is in this stuff and what the other two components do. I have a one year old and need to be functional so is it the same as taknig a 7.5 mg lortab or 5mg or even less than that? ## which component am I allergic to? redness, itching, fast pulse, headache. ## From what I'm finding, Histinex-HC is listed as containing 2.5mgs of Hydrocodone, 5mgs of Phenylephrine and 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine, per 5ml teaspoon. You can find more Hydrocodone details here and there are more Phenylephrine details here and you can find more Chlorpheniramine details here. So, it is a very low dose and really not equivalent to Lortab or Vicodin, at all. And Martha, did you consult your doctor? That's really the only way to determine which ingredient may be causing...
white oval, what milligram? ## What milligram is the Watson Lortab is 385 ? Does anyone know? ## 500 mg Acetaminophen, 7.5 mg Hydrocodone ## The dosage as listed by Jason is correct, so thanks go out to him! This is a generic for Lortab or Vicodin, as a narcotic, it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. Learn more Lortab details here. Another note I'd like to add is that as of the time I'm posting, the FDA has requested that all of these combination prescription medications be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen, due to the dangers of liver damage/failure that can be associated with long-term use and the toxicity of overdose. Some companies have already begun impl...
My son had his tonsils removed on 6/2/2009. He has been on this medication for 10 days for severe ear pain/throat pain especially before eating/sleeping. Is this drug addictive? Should I be concerned that he is still taking? My husband is more concerned. I would like to trust physician's recommendation in that they would not prescribe for so long if it were a concern. I need a second opinion please. ## When I worked pain management in a very large hospital in Atlanta, I was taught that if you take the medicine for pain, there is almost no risk for addiction. If, however, he is taking it for a "feeling" then there is an issue. True pain needs to be treated. I hope this helps.

So, if someone is looking at this post for this information, please double check before assum...
I took a drug test and on it they tested for oxycodone but I think I am on hydrocodone and butrans patches will this all test the same ## You aren't sure what you're taking? And no, different substances will show up in a drug test as exactly what they are, Oxycodone will be detected as itself, the same for Hydrocodone and etc. ## My Dr. told me a high level of Hydrocodone will show up as Oxycodone on a drug test if they use the 10 panel test that's why they send them to the lab to get exactly what's in the drug screen. I'm on Hydro and Oxycodone shows up every month till sent to lab.

The tablet, capsule, syrup, an...
It is a pill and it has Watson 249 wrote on it ## This is a white oval pill that says watson 249 ## Since the markings can sometimes be hard to read, I believe the pill in question here may have had the marking WATSON 349, since it meets this description. If so, then it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. Since it is a narcotic, it may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. You can learn more Vicodin details here. And as we are now in 2013, I'd like to add that at some point, the information on the dosage of Acetaminophen in this tablet may no longer be correct. The FDA wants all of these medications changed, so they only contain...
Could you please list the milligrams for the v2355 hydrocodone? ## This white round pill with V on one side and 2355 on the other is Butalbital. 325mg of Acetaminophen, 50mg of Butalbital and 40mg of caffine. ## DR. T's identification is correct, the tablet is a generic for Fioricet and doesn't contain any narcotics whatsoever. Is there anything I can help with?
can i take hidrocodonoacetaminophen 5 500 tb if i pregnat? ## Hi Belen, Based on my research, During pregnancy, this medication should only be used when clearly necessary. It may slightly increase the risk of birth defects if used during the first two months of pregnancy. Also, using it for a long time or in high doses near the expected delivery date may harm the unborn baby. To lessen the risk, take the smallest effective dose for the shortest possible time. For future reference; tell your doctor right away if you notice any symptoms in your newborn baby such as slow/shallow breathing, irritability, abnormal/persistent crying, vomiting, or diarrhea. This medication passes into breast milk and may rarely have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Also let your doctor know immediately...
watson 349 ## Yes, this is hydrocodone/acetaminophen. It is generic hydrocodone 5mg with acetaminophen (or tylenol, and the same as APAP) 500mg. This is generic for Vicodin, Lortab among others. It is a schedule 3 controlled substance that is a very addictive painkiller used for moderate to severe pain. Side effects include drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness, constipation, among others. ## I'd just like to update this post to add some more recent information, since there have already been some changes implemented in some areas concerning this medication and there are still more under consideration. Due to what the FDA and DEA feels is overuse and over prescribing of this medication, they have been actively switching it to be only a short-term use medication. This started over the last ...

Hydrocodone Bit Acet 5 325 Mg. How much do they go for? ## Overall it's going to depend on the dealer if you're referring to street value, but these types of medications usually go for around $1 per milligram. In this case that would be right around $5 a tablet; possibly more in some places. If you're referring to a legitimate pharmacy you may have to get a quote from your local pharmacy, since prices tend to vary by location/brand/generic/dose/quantity/manufacturer/etc... I hope this helps!
If I'm not getting relief on 1 tab, can I take 1-12? ## Hi Essie, Hydrocodone Apap 5/325mg contains (5 mg) of Hydrocodone + (325 mg) of Acetaminophen. Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain. The Hydrocodone (related to codeine) is in a class of drugs called narcotic analgesics (which act in the central nervous system [CNS] to relieve pain), while the Acetaminophen (a less potent pain reliever) is used to boost the effects of the Hydrocodone. If you're having problems with the dosage, I would speak with a doctor about increasing it instead of experimenting on your own. Learn More: Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone Details On another note, have you considered adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet as well as...
I ordered Hydrocodone 10/325 from overseas, Pakistan I believe. The Watson 835 imprint varies slightly from the imprint on the pills I've gotten in the US with a prescription and the pills have a blotchy appearance and a smell. Are they safe to take? ## I certainly wouldn't risk taking them, if it were me. When you order that way, there's no way to be certain what you've actually received, especially if the appearance and other factors don't match what they are supposed to be. Most companies, such as Watson Pharmaceuticals, who is now owned by Actavis, have quality control just as tight for pills sold in other countries as they do in the U.S. because it saves them from the extra expense of having to produce multiple batches of the same product. And the Watson 385 imp...
I have two prescriptions for this. One says hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 The other says hydroco/apap 5-325 mg. Both pills/tablet What's the difference? in drugs? ## These are NOT the same medication, at all, they are completely different, they treat different things and are in completely different medication classes!! Hydrocholorothiazide, which I have an old bottle of sitting right here, is a diuretic, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, some heart diseases and edema. Common side effects may include: nausea, headache, dehydration and dizziness. Read more: Hydrocodone with APAP/Acetaminophen is a narcotic pain reliever. i am tryimg to find a pill that looks like the norco 10/325. any suggestions? ## If you're looking for one to try to fool someone, you aren't going to find a close match. Prescription medications have unique imprints that are intended to enable their identification in case of emergency. From the imprint, you can learn the manufacturer, active ingredients and dosage. This doesn't apply to over the counter products, so you aren't going to find one that's close enough to fool anyone that's familiar with what the prescription medication and its imprints should look like. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The numbers and brand will be different but there is a yellow 10/325 made by watson, one made by vintage with the funny v,then the one that youve got from no...
are there reported differences in strength or quality between the hydrocodone products of the different manufacturers? ## My doctor prescribed 5mg hydrocodone /apap as needed for pain not to exceed 4 hr intervals. The pharmacy dispenses the drug from at least three different manufacturers in differing forms of tablets. Are there studies or reports comparing the pharmacokinetics or quality control results for the tablets? ## No, there are no reports to be found to give you those precise details, but yes there can be differences from one generic manufacturer to the next. They can actually differ in the amount of the amount of the active ingredients by as much as plus or minus 20% measured against the original name brand. Learn more Vicodin details here. As long as they fall within that ac...
My rheumatologist recently administered cortisone shots in my lumbar region and also prescribed Acetaminophen-Hydrocodone 500-5 tablets along with Tramadol ER 200mg for my ankylosing spondylitis. Can anyone tell me what the Tramadol is for? I start a new job tomorrow and am reluctant to take either of these medications since i don't know how they will affect me. Should i wait until the weekend to start? ## The Tramadol is also an analgesic. Learn more Tramadol details here. And yes, I'd be very reluctant to start them at the same time as starting a new job, just to be on the safe side. I supposed you could try during your off hours, such as at night to see how they affect you, but you should be cautious, especially if you are sensitive to medications. I am and Tramadol caused me...
