What is the difference between this and IP204 ## Hello, Rachel! How are you? The tablet with the 126 on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but the one with the IP 204 marking contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen. So the dosage is different. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. These tablets contain 7.5mgs of it and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and they are no longer being manufactured. The M 360 is just a manufacturers logo. Vicodin formulations contained higher amounts of acetaminophen and are no longer available. My orginal script was a white oblong pill with imprint m367, however just got refill and the pill is yellow with imprint 170 on it, I can not find this any where. The script is for hydrocodene 10-325, Took them back in the pharmacy and they said it was the same pill just another manfacturer.Thought they should at least change the lable incase I got pulled over. I had to take a drug test for an upcoming job and I'm really stressing over it. I have a one time RX for Vicodin 7.5mg (from a foot surgery about a month ago). I brought my script and everything so I was expecting to test positive. But their policy is to send it out to test for levels of abuse. I really have no idea what levels are considered abuse or not. I took the urine test late Tuesday afternoon. {{ I had taken 1 pill that morning. 2 pills Monday (1 am and 1 pm). Maybe 2-3 pills Sunday. And 2-4 Saturday. And maybe 2-3 Friday}} will that show up as normal use or abuse? For what it's worth I usually drink lots of water. I also had taken a Xanax (also rx) the day before which didn't show up. Because the V is just a manufacturers logo and actually has nothing to do with the contents of the tablets. The V logo is used by Vintage Pharmaceuticals on all of their products, including the ones that do not contain narcotics. I have taken hydrocone/acetaminophen Tab 7.5 / 650 for several years for a back injury, I am 72 and it cant be fixed. They changed the law so now I get pink pill 7.5 / 325. My doctor assured me that I wouldn't tell the difference. Well I cant even tell I took one I take 3 a day. Something is not right. The one I was taking was M359. Would you please help. The Acetaminophen augments the action of the narcotic, so a lower amount of Acetaminophen means it won't be as potent. I took 5 mg hydrocode 8hrs before drug test. I drank 1 1/2 liter in a 45 min. Time frame.
