is there a such a thing as a thirty milligram hydrocodone ## Not in any of the standard prescription formulations, the only way someone would get this is if their doctor ordered it and they had them made from a special compounding pharmacy, then it would be a capsule. The standard dose of Hydrocodone by itself only goes up to 5mgs and in tablets with Acetaminophen, it is available in up to 10mgs. I am taking 5ml. daily, at bedtime for post nasal drip, COPD, reflux (all of which causes chronic coughing.) I am out of my medication and cannot seem to find it in Nicaragau. There is no 1.5/5 dosage of Hydrocodone and any with the higher doses of Acetaminophen have been removed from the market. Thus, I have to ask what medications are you asking about? Can you please double check? I am trying to wean off of 4 hydrocodones a day to 3. I've made it a week so far, but as soon as the one I take wears off, my legs feel horrible. I am taking them for stenosis in my lower back and some herniation. When the pill wears off, I have weakness in my legs, severe aching, and restlessness. Is this hydrocodone withdrawels or back related? ## It could be both. You might want to try some stretches for your legs. If things do not get better in a week or two then it is most likely due to your back. If your get better then it was the meds. If you plan on cutting down on your meds some more you might want to cut down a 1/2 a pill instead of a whole one. (unless you are on the time released stuff)

I have the worst neck pain. I think it is from sleeping wrong. I have a prescription for the hydrocodone acetaminophen 10 325 tab for a hip pain months ago. I took one pill today and it did nothing. I was on hydrocodone 7.5 -750 now they said they dont make it no more and gave me 7.5 -325 which is stronger. If you were taking 7.5/750 and now have 10/325 they are pretty close to being equivalent, but you should consult your doctor to be certain. Ok please no negative comments. I am an opiate addict. I have averaged about 1/2 g - 1g a day...im sick of it, I hate it, done. But of course withdrawal is horrible. Anyway i'm weaning myself using 30mg hydrocodone for 3-5ish days...today is day #1, 35 hours to be exact. I've taken 7 30's in 16 hours but starting to feel bad again. Honestly, how many 30mg is ok to take in a 24 hour period for a moderate opiate user??

I have two separate prescriptions for the above. One is an oblong tablet, the other is a round, flat tablet. My druggist says the round one is 1/2 the strength of the oblong. One contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Just got some light blue a 215s but think they may be fake. I formerly took 50 to 60 My's of hydrocodone orally per dose so I took 2 of the 30s orally with NO affect. So the next day I chewed one and it had no taste at all. I know from chewing other dros and ocs that there is normally some type of taste.
