I have been on Hydrocodone since 2002. Along the way a fentyl patch was added to help with being ill in between doses. Currently on 25 fentyl and 50 mg Hydrocodone per day. Dr told me at last visit that there office was no longer going to prescribe immediate release meds like Hydrocodone. Cut me down to 30 hydro per day but no other adjustments. Planning to go down to one at next visit. Not sure what to do when even pain mgmt doc stops ordering. They actually said with a straight face that these meds were never meant to be taken day after day, month after month, etc. shouldn't they have told me that back in 2002? I am on pain pills to manage the chronic pain I experience from Fibromyalgia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Neuropathy, and back/disc problems. We moved, so I just changed pharmacies. I get a Rx every month for hydrocodone-apap 7.5-650 (used to get 10-650's but couldn't stand the nausea, so I asked them to bump it down a bit). I used to get the pink pills that had WATSON 502 (I think it was) on them, generic for Lorcet Plus. Now I filled the same Rx at the new pharmacy and they gave me some white scored oblong tablet that says M359. It also says generic for Lorcet Plus tablet. Can anyone please tell me if there is a difference other than the manufacturer of the pills? (like, if one is better than the other). I have a white oblong pill with IP 190 on 1 side and nothing on the other side.As I looked for suggestions It was posted several times as being IP 190/500 Naproxen.I was told this is a 7.5 hydrocodone tablet not Naproxen.It does not have 500 on it at all ## Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? As you know from your searches, the ones available in the U.S. also have the 500 on the tablet. I have checked our various resources and they don't list anything with just the IP 190 marking on it. Tapering off of them, rather than stopping cold turkey would best and should help to minimize the withdrawal symptoms. Have you consulted your doctor? They should be able to help you set up an appropriate tapering schedule. I just recently found out I have herpes. My Dr prescribed me Acyclovir for the herpes and 5-325 Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen for the discomfort. If you are talking about drug testing, it can be 4 to 4 days for a urine test, much longer for blood or tissue. For withdrawals, it will actually be in their body system a lot longer and can take over a month or more, before all the symptoms alleviate. The Oxycodone is stronger, you only need 3.33mgs of it to be equivalent to each 5mgs of the Hydrocodone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. They are made by LNK international and they DO NOT make any prescription medications. This one is a generic or store brand of Midol, containing Pamabrom 25mgs, Acetaminophen 500mgs and Pyrilamine 15mgs. ## Yes this is definitely a generic version of Midol I bought it at family dollars for menstrual cramps then I found it in my purse out of the bottle and wondered what it was myself forgetting I bought that but when I looked on here and it showed up as a generic Midol now makes sense

Is this the DEA affecting pharmacies in Florida, regarding Hydrocodone, Soma and Xanax? ## Pooh, the DEA doesn't say what combination of medications a pharmacist can and can't fill. But, due to the increased number of people that have died of a combination of opiates and Benzodiazepines as well as Soma, many pharmacists are very reluctant to fill that combination. Soma, Benzodiazepines and opiates all have Respitatory Depression as a side effect. A patient drinking alcohol in any amount, raises the risks. Many pharmacists don't feel it is worth taking a chance. There are other meds that can be used that may not be as dangerous in combination.

I have been prescribed Norco 7.5-10 mg prn for 4 yrs. I sometimes take none for 2 weeks but then have a lot of pain and take about 4-6 per week as needed. I had to have a hair follicle test. It says cut off is 200 pg/mg and my quantitative result was 2309 pg/mg. What does that mean? ## Hi ntrubl, In regards to your hair follicle test results, I get the sense that the cut off level of 200 pg/mg is simply referring to the "lowest detectable amount" which can be picked up by the test. Since your results were 2309 pg/mg, this isn't necessarily saying that you had a LOT in your system, but it does imply that you had much more than the minimum amount that could be detected. Looking to start driving trucks. CDL does not allow hydrocodone. My dose is 10/325 x4 a day for chronic lower back pain, at least 8 yrs with no problems. Trying to wein off, down to 2 per day though difficult. Looking for legal alternative for CDL? ## You should look into Kratom. It works really well in my opinion and it's legal.

I have a bottle of 300 ml of liquid hydrocodone/apap 7.5/325mg that says to take 15ml every 4 to 6 hrs on the bottle. a pill that is a drug used for severe pain but on the street it is used for snifing snortin ect. ## There are numerous Hydrocodone pills, I would need more of a description of the pill in order to locate the pill your talking about. Sniffing Hydrocodone is very dangerous, even deadly.
