I haven't taken my Norco or any other medication for over (2) weeks now. In fact, it is probably well out of detection range by now. This coming Tuesday (the 22nd) I will be administered a Urine test. I absolutely must get a POSITIVE result in order to be able to continue receiving my monthly prescription for the much needed Norco. I have three (3) 10/325 of them on hand to work with. Can I get the 'positive' result I need using the (3) pills and if 'yes', then at what time intervals should I take them? Today is Friday (the 18 - am). The Urine test is on Tuesday (the 22nd) at 10:30am. Please, I'm running out of time. I need an answer that is specific to my question. I look forward to any and all replies. Anyone ever see the difference in size of an M360 7.5 mg hydrocodone compared to a Norco n352? Size matters. M brand is the best. It gives relief. The Norco brand doesn't even let you know you took anything. Worthless. ## It really depends on the person, the tablets that works for one person may not work for another, and vice-versa. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. How are you doing, now? I want to know if I can give my 11-year-old daughter who is 76-78 lbs. a Hydrocodone APAP 5mg 500 mg because she broke her thumb (doctor put a splint on) and it is throbbing. I tested positive for methadone last year and now my pain mgmnt. Dr. won't prescribe narcotic pain meds, but the tramadol doesn't help. He prescribed me hydrocodone once after about 6 months after the +drug test (I was taking 10mg oxycodone) but refuses to give them again. Is there any way to get my prescription drugs reinstated? ## Hi Sandra~ No way will your pain management doctor prescribe you Percocet ever again. That is done for good. Your best bet is to possibly go to a new pain clinic. And you might want to travel a little bit away from the area. It sucks nowadays because your medical records follow you wherever you go. What pill is this small red capsule with a white powdery substance in it? I was told it's hydrocodone 50 mgs. ## Hello, how are you? I have to say that I find it very doubtful. The only 50mg dosage available of Hydrocodone is a time released version that is sold under the brand name Zohydro... and under current FDA laws, unique imprints on such manufactured tablets and capsules are required, in order to enable their identification, in case of emergency. I go to pain mgt and tested positive for fentanyl. I had never even heard of this before I was questioned. I take 7.5 hydrocodone, cymbalta, nuerontin, and ambien. If I have taken hyrdocodone/Acetaminophen 10/500 and have drug test in 1 week, will this be out of my system by then? I have been having migraines and ran out of my normal perscription of sumatriptan. I have suffered from hay fever since I was a kid. I am now 70. I have been taking hydrocodone for years, never more than 3 in a day and usually one or two for pain from arthritis. Besides relieving pain I have found that hydrocodone is absolutely the best medicine for my hay fever. After taking a hydrocodone all hay fever symptoms are gone within 30 minutes. My new doctor will not prescribe hydrocodone instead preferring to give me tramadol which relieves MINOR pain and helps with the hay fever, but is not nearly as effective as hydrocodone. I have to take two at a time for any relief. I can't wait until January when I can switch back to my original doctor. I'm certainly not hooked on hydrocodone. I don't get a buzz from it, I only get relief from my hay fever and arthritis ...

I have been going to my doctor for 10 years. I've been prescribed hydrocodone for about 8 of those years. I am also prescribed Xanax and an antidepressant called Abilify. For the past year or so I've been having to take periodic urine tests when I get my prescriptions filled. Sometimes he does it two or three visits in a row. Sometimes he won't do it three or four times in a row. I took a pee test last month but I have gone to the bathroom before going to the doctor and was only able to provide them a very small urine sample. I recently gave birth and the test they did on his first stool showed up hydromorophone. I was given morphine and vicodine at the hospital in September because I was really sick. Could that be why that showed in the test because I never took the stuff. ## No its nothing to do with the morphine. hydrocodone converts to hydromorphone when metabolized in your system thats why you may have tested positive for hydromorphone. Used fallowing Gall Bladder surgery/Left hand small finger went numb after taking this and in 12 hours my whole hand and wrist numb /fallowing morning while left hand and wrist was numb then right hand started getting numb and realized it had to be this medicine . Stopped taking in morning and by evening my hands had almost returned to normal so it had to be this perscription. ## I have never heard of that reaction, but, some people get really dizzy on it so I guess one could become numb? Can someone please tell me the difference in these to Hydrocodone Pills? The PINK and the WHITE? I have been taking the PINK for seven years now for break through pain and today the pharmacy gave me the WHITE ones. The last time I tried' to take the white ones, I could NOT even function, they knocked me out. ## I can't really tell you anything about the difference between them, if any, without knowing the markings on the tablet to check such information. However, some people have had good luck with the anticonvulsants that help with nerve pain, such as Lyrica or Neurontin. I am on hydrocodone 20mg 5 times a day and I do not think the pharmacy is giving me enough for 30 days. How many milligrams is the pharmacy suppose to give me? ## Hi Deborah; 20mg 5 * per day = 100mg per day. 100mg per day * 30 days = 3,000mg total. Or in terms of tablets, 5 tablets per day * 30 days = 150 tablets total. I hope this makes sense and is helpful. Does that seem right to you?

I have PTPS due to Thorecotomy surgery. I also have HEP C. My PM doctor has prescribed me Norco 10-325. Wouldn't it make more sense to prescribe oxycodone without Tylenol??? How do I bring this up to him without sounding like I'm questioning his doctor abilities? Just started using hydrocodone apap tab5mg-325. This first dose I took is 2 pills at 12 noon. The bottle instructions say you can take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. It is now 3:15 pm and it feels like the hydro pills, made by Amneal are just about finished. The pills I have been taking prior to this are oxycodone, Mallinckrodt, acetaminophen 5-325 and I take 1 pill every 6 hours. This is OXY condone, NOT HYDRO codone made by Amneal. Are they different strengths? The HYDRO seems weaker. Whats the difference between the two? And should they be interchangeable? ## It does require 7.5mgs of the Hydrocodone to be equal to the 5mg Oxycodone you were taking, because the Oxycodone is stronger.
