Which side of this generic Lortab 5mg pill has hydrocodone and which has the tylenol? I have heard that the m357 pills are hydrocodone on one side and of course tylenol on the other. Thanks for your help. ## M357 a white capsule shaped pill, and scored one one side is Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. This pill is not made in halves, it's all combined together to form Lortab. White oblong pill the size of an M360 Hydrocodone 7.5.750. Has no score mark. ## Would you happen to know what country this medication was obtained from? If it is from the United States, then the predominant possibility is that it is actually an Ibuprofen 800 mg. Another similar marking is IB (instead of an 8), and that's a 200 mg Ibuprofen. Are there any other details which can be included?

A couple questions - (1) Where did you get it from? A pharmacy as a generic, online pharmacy from another country, etc? Generally U.S. prescription meds have strict guidelines and are required to have unique markings on them. This tablet actually contains 40mgs of Lovastatin, a generic for Mevacor. This is used to help lower cholesterol. Who led you to believe this was Hydrocodone?
