0031 V is NOT Hydrocodone, nor any type of narcotic, this contains nothing more than 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. This is an over the counter pain reliever and fever reducer.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and stomach ulcers.
