Is it ok for me to take one hydrocodone/Tylenol 325 and 2 OTC naproxen.

Yes, as long as you can take Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.

You should check with your doctor, before mixing them, actually. It is generally okay to do so, but can be contraindicated in some instances.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
