Based on information I've gathered I haven't found anything regarding vision impairment; just a number of other potential side effects that may or may not have some indirect effect to vision.
Common side effects may include dry mouth, itching, pinpoint pupils, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, confusion, gas / heartburn, or flushed skin. If you experience irregular heartbeat or chest pain, difficulty breathing, wheezing, unusual weakness, cold / clammy skin, severe rash, fever, chills, or muscle aches and pains then notify your physician or prescriber ASAP! Also note that elderly patients have a higher likelihood of side effects.
