My pharmacy changed my meds from the yellow 10-325 v 3601 norco to the 10-325 white m367 mallinckrodt. I've been taking the yellows for years with no problems. Today I started the whites and feeling dizzy, a little weak, kind of panicky. What is different about the two meds that would cause this?

If you have Medicaid. It has to do with the drugs that cost Medicaid the least. Medicaid negotiates for the lowest prices from drug companies.

I hear you!! FDA allows up to 20% ingredient fluctuation in meds! For some of us, our bodies are very sensitive!! To me, this is a lot!! All manufacturers have different formulas & fillers!! I will pursue this through all avenues, this will take time!! I will try to get detailed info & post when I get it!!! If everyone will ask questions, make phone calls, emails, etc, maybe it will go faster! I know I can't stand to be immobile from this pain, especially in this extremely cold weather this year!

Same here! I called Watson + Actavis (Teva) & Amneal. I have to send Amneal a sample, etc. Also check out the new digital pill- FDA approved, on 1/12/2018, Dr. Oz show, Google it & watch the video!! Wow!?

I have to disagree, NOT about Amneal, but about Mallinckrodt. Yes, there are some people who find that the tablet mix causes a change in bioavailability, but on the whole, they make the finest generic opioids in the USA. M367 is a superb hydrocodone/acetaminophen. I agree that Qualitest '36 01' are the best but for the price, you can't beat Mallinckrodt.

Mallinckrodt and Amneal are both garbage!! I've had such bad reactions to both. I had to change pharmacies to get away from this filth the say are painkillers! They both made me sick!! Watson and Qualitest NEVER made me sick. Obviously the fluctuations are not slight! I know my body well enough to know that the fillers used by these 2 companies are rot!! I will NEVER take either again. No company should be allowed to play with pain medicine! I'm tired of this s***! It's my life they are messing with. They don't feel my pain!

I have noticed this too. I dont like it. I was on Qualitest for years and that worked the best. I dont like having my pain medicine messed with. This stinks.

This brand should be illegal. It is poison. I tried & accepted it only because my pharmacy ran out of my original script of Vicodin & gave me this generic. I took only a 1/2 & I was severely nauseous and had really bad sharp stomach pains & breathing problems. I brought it back to the pharmacy & told them to take this poison back. It almost put me in the hospital, that's how bad it was. This should not have been FDA approved. Stay away from this company brand!! Oh & it did absolutely nothing for the pain. Zero...zippo!!

I agree with you! This is a bunch of s***! I'm having the same problem! The Amneal is worse! Stay away from it! It's pure s*** made in India! All the generics are now garbage! I don't like having my pain meds messed with!

Mallinckrodt pain pills are a joke; worthless. How they stay in business, I don't know. Someone at the Mallinckrodt plant must be taking hydrocodone out the back door, as it damn ain't going into the pills... Unless you want to puke or have a bowel movement, don't take one! How do we file a legal suit against Mallinckrodt? It is bad enough to have back pain, I don't need stomach pain too!

Depending on where you live, Smith's Food & Drug sells Mallinckrodt in Albuquerque. They are tied to Kroger, so it's worth calling them to find out if they do.

Try to avoid the Amneal generic for Norco. It is pure garbage!! It's made in India so they don't have the codes they enforce in the US. The 10/325 made me feel like a zombie. Pure garbage!! I'm sick of these companies cutting corners on painkillers!! We suffer for it!! These generics are s***!!

Tris hydrocodone imprint C115 worthless. Anyone else ever try these? You can take 5 of them and feel totally normal. Always had M360 and i only need 1 to work. Tris in my opinion makes fake meds.

Trudy, Prescriptions generics have ot contain a certain amount of active ingredients. If your prescription is for Hyrocodone 10. It has to contain 8-12 mg of Hydrocodone. Fillers and binders can affect how a drug is absorbed in your system. Some people have mild reactions to the fillers and binders.

My script of 7.5/325 was changed to Tris last month and I cannot even take them anymore. I've never had issues with hydrocodone in the 1.5 years I've had them prescribed after a failed hip surgery. I feel poisoned about 90 mins after taking them and my BP has gone up above my normal levels.
