I was prescribed Hydrochloro 12.5mg. I am highly allergic to sulfa, sufanamides too. Does this medicine contain any of these products that would cause me to have an allergic reaction such as hives, difficulty breathing tongue swelling?

Is Hydrochlorothiaz CP the same as Hydrochlorothiazide?
Dosage is 12.5 mg.
