I AM TAKING TELVAS-3D AND METOLAR25 DAILY.PL. LET ME KNOW THE SIDE EFFECTS OF THESE TABS.

Can hydrochlorothiazide cause a rise in your calcium levels.I been using the drug about 3or4 years. Just lately my calcium lever went to 10.5. The Doctor is changing medicine. But I would like know if it could have been the cause

age 70 had STROKE12 november2013blood clot in right-brain lob left side totally paralyzed was using hbp medication before now all movement back struggle with walking proper, 8 different medication prescribed......have lots of muscle pains.
Want to use natural product like SEANOL and forget about all the folloing:

i have always use the Telvas h 40/12.5mg tab ,but now a day my blood pressure is always low can i use this drug.

Avi, Telvas-H contains Telmisartan and Hydrocholorthiazide and yes, almost all blood pressure medications are known to cause some sexual dysfunction. However, there is no way of knowing whether or not you will experience this, as every medication can affect everyone differently.

Merry, what are you taking it for?

Diuretics aren't the solution for everyone and there are many other medications you can try, especially if they are for high blood pressure.

I have been on hydrochlorot 12.5 I have notice
chest and throat problems I was on another med and the same thing coughing dry throat.

When I was on them, my doctor always had me take it in the morning, to try to minimize the chance that I would have to get up at night and go the bathroom.

However, Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, it helps remove fluid from the body and, as such, there is really no way to completely eliminate the possibility. It is supposed to make you urinate more and urinate more frequently.

Have you discussed this with your doctor?

Other side effects to this medication might include: nausea, stomach pain and dehydration.
