How To Stop Taking Lonazep

I've been taking lonazep 1mg for 8 years. I am now facing problems such as feeling hypotonic so i want to stop taking this drug. What should i do?

I have been treated for anxiety and insomnia for the past 9 years and am prescribed lonazep .5mg. I am taking the tablet at night and without it I can't sleep and with it I am also not sleeping everyday. Please help me determine how to stop taking the tablet in a safe manner and have proper sleep.
