I received my script from an M.D. at an online site. Noticed that this time on the tabs (2 mg white bars - xanax) that there were no numbers or letters imprinted on tablet. It is scored on both sides.

Not necessarily always 4 piece division, they have a brand that the pillow is green and it divides into three pieces. I don't like this brand and most people don't but a few pharmacies have them.

You have that backwards actually. I recall GG249's have an open 4 on them. The way to tell is to look at them from the side. If the front and back extend out a tiny bit they are fake. Real ones are completely straight from a side angle view.

What do u mean the lighter one? Did they say xanax on one side and 2 on the other? If you pill identify them those are real.

A person with their own pill press doesn't necessarily make them without the real active ingredient. Where did you find this pill?

Same, I received fake ones both with four closed and without. You can tell when u taste them and they dont desinegrate that they are indeed fake. Coming from india at 10 cents a pop people buy to rip u off. Even pharmacies have been known to get stuck with them here in north Florida.

Too true, that fentanyl is showing up in xanax's, vicodins, oxycodones, and straight opiates. It's such a shame. Going to be really hard now that it doesn't ONLY come from Mexico.

I have bad experience with fake ones because the people i get them from KNOW I need them for my anxiety (I have no insurance atm). I cant wait to get my insurance back that way i can go to Walgreens and not worry about this anymore

Surely you jest lol... No legit USA PHARMACY traffics in FAKE XANAX. Occasionally products are tainted or contaminated in the production stage but pharmacies tend not to order from wholesalers that traffic in counterfeit pharmaceuticals. There are multiple safeguards in place to protect the consumers from this potential in the USA.

The fake GG bar is usually longer and the 4 is a wide open 4 instead of a closed looking 4. It should start to angle to the top and just before it touches it's blank. It's quite easy. Put it in some soda and if it disolves fast it's real. If it sits forever and gluey looking that is a fake... I am prescribed bars and no pharmacy within 400 miles n still asking do NOT carry the non generic... The way I got mine was through the mail and my insurance had to be ok with paying. Xanax is a patented drug meaning the non generic will ALWAYS be the same... Generics are the yellows, the greens, the GG's, the g3722. ALPRAZOLAM is a very bitter taste and fast acting. Sorry this Mexican stuff is coming from cartels.... When you go buy Tylenol at ANY store it's always tylonol; the same... But if u buy off brand Walgreens versus rite aid off brand tylonal they will be different.... The generic company's also don't produce non generic as well, as it's common sense. I mean do u see norcos with the word NORCO on them? No... However look them up and a non generic will say Norco right on it but we don't see those.. a person could tell in seconds if their opiate withdrawal didn't go away.... Just do the logic. When did u first see them? If it was AFTER the fakes started which has been 4 years now, more than likely it's fake. I've been on bars for 12 years and I've seen non generic 2x in 8 years but in the past 4 I've seen greens stamped with 2 cuts and 3 on the back. Now that is two different companies pressed in one... I'm sorry but no... I've seen gg249 and the word Xanax stamped on the back. Now how could that be, one's a generic stamp and the other is the non generic name... Generic Xanax is alprazolam, not Xanax. It just carry's the active ingredient.
