I had a mouth swab test for employment and was consuming marijuana and methamphetamine. I was told to get the strongest Listerine there is an swish it around in your mouth an hold it for 10 minutes. Do that 3 times and before you go into do your test eat hard peppermint candies and spit them out before you go in. I did it and passed!! And I had just dosed earlier that morning and the whole week before.

I've been reading up on the cotton swab drug testing method since I'm unfamiliar to this method of testing. The mouth swab method is used as a detection for how long ago any drug was used, it detects drug usage in the last 24-48 hours depending on the drug of choice. If the cotton swab isn't from NARCOCHECK, then the chances of you passing a mouth swab drug test have greatly increased in your favor. The Narcocheck Cotton swab test for lower amounts of 5 types of drugs THC,(MARIJUANA) COC (COCAINE & CRACK), OPI (HEROINE & OPIATES), AMP (AMPHETAMINE) & MET/MDMA (METHAMPHETAMINE & ECSTACY) ng/ml than the other companies, in fact it actually has 5 different types drugs on one swab that will show a negative or positive result in 10-12 minutes & TEST FOR USAGE OF DRUG USAGE IN THE LAST 4-6 HOURS UP TO 24-48 HOURS. The one thing you need to be aware of is the length of time that it takes for the drug to be detected after you use it- Methamphetamine is detected anywhere from 2-7 hours after you use it and can still be detected in your mouth for a full week after your last dose. There is a mouthwash out there that they say is a guarantee proven method of passing a swab drug test 10 minutes to 60 minutes after you use it called ULTRA KLEEN MOUTHWASH. It's a little bottle costs around $30.00, but is undetectable on the swab tests & as long as no one running the tests knows of its ability to help you pass a swab test then it wouldn't cause anyone to be suspicious of what you do behind closed doors in private. I personally have never used the mouthwash nor been given a swab drug test before, just learned of this type of testing a few hours ago & researched this info., about a half hour ago. Don't know if this will help anyone, but I certainly found it useful. The more knowledge you have the more power you have- just saying if you understand how this process works then chances are more likely to increase in passing a mouth swab test. Please note that everyone's metabolic rate is different and therefore if one method doesn't work on you, it could possibly work on someone else. I suggest that each person should try every method out for themselves and then post your results along with your height, weight and your food and beverage consumption 24 to 48 hours prior to testing. Because that would give a more accurate method for testing than just the different types of methods you have tried, whether it was a fail or a pass & if you know what company the swab was from will also help others in their quest to pass a mouth swab drug test. Because certain companies only run drug tests for a certain type of drug, so depending on why you are having a mouth swab drug test can also be why some people have passed and others have failed. Probation will probably test for all drugs, employers are more likely to test for only a certain kind of drug or for the use of alcohol. It's probably something that the employer might tell you or if you can find out from the person conducting the test what they specifically are testing for, then that would be helpful in why some have passed & others have failed.

There are products that are formulated exactly for the purpose of passing saliva tests. Unless you can stay clean for 1 week, I'd say using such a product is your best bet if you want to pass it reliably and not just take a gamle.

That is truly the best way to find out what may work. I did my own experiment in that fashion and nothing worked for me. The good news is I got a new PO and she never gave me a mouth swab so I passed all my UA's for a year. They let me off probation early. I have been using the whole time. I am not bragging. Believe me I am getting pretty bored and tired with the drug. I just find it amusing that one can be successful, healthy and happy all while using meth. Even enough to convince professionals. There are just some people that can't handle it. But even though I am off paper, I am not free from addiction. It is a choice I will make when that's what I want not one I will make because I was told to. Good luck to you all no matter what choices you are making. You are the one that has to live with them so just make sure you can accept that.

Not sure how that happened but YAY!!! Possibly not enough saliva to test. One has to question the reliability of these tests. Especially to test positive for a drug never taken and negative for a drug taken everyday. Or maybe the drugs we are taking aren't what we think they are. At least you passed and maybe it was all the things you did beforehand. One way to know for sure is to purchase some mouth swabs of the Internet and do your own experiment. Everyone is different and what doesn't work for one may work for another. Also it may work one time and not the next.

Hi everyone. Since I am no longer on paper, and have started my own business,( hard to get jobs as a felon) I am no longer under obligation to do drug testing. I am still using daily. I do skip a day here and there. Those days I feel really dizzy and not a fan of that. What I want to say is that we need more follow up replies. I mean if you try something and it works or doesn't work it would great for that info to reach the people in need of it. Best of luck to all of you,!

I'm an interstate truck driver and I can assure you 100% that you can pass a roadside swab test with just a simple remedy. I was off my rocker and took about a half gram 1 hr before my NSW Australia roadside test. Buy a 600 mL plastic bottle of coke, tip it all out, fill it all up with water, tip out a quarter of water about an inch from full, get a teaspoon and you want 4 heaped teaspoons of bi carb soda mixed into your water... rinse your mouth with a mouthful, drink at least another quarter like 10 minutes before your test. I even walked up to the drug screen police van with the water bottle in my hand and they were none the wiser. I passed straight up with the swab test... I have also been told to sit down and wait for about 45 mins before my test and had no water or bicarb to drink and ive still passed. So the window within drinking it and taking the swab test is good for at least 45 mins if you are made to wait... I 100% guarantee this for a NSW Australia roadside saliva test

I'm not buying that answer because when you tell them you take a certain medication they are next going to need you to prove you get a valid script from YOUR Dr.. Flat out, I know.

Swim takes methamphetamine daily.. found out she had a mouth swab test in 24hrs for court. she dosed again only a couple hours before the test and had brushed her teeth with toothpaste and then hydrogen peroxide and gargled as well as rinsed mouth for 2minutes with TheraBreath she got at walmart for $8 and headed to court. she hardly drank or ate anything at all prior to brushing and the drive is an hour long. she said she had an awful case of dry mouth the whole drive there and she even told the tester that.. she was told to chew the swab like gum... she kept it on her back right side of mouth and chomped on it and pulled it out complaining of dry mouth. was told to keep chewing ..she got a tiny bit of wetness on it and teeth marks and a lil mark of blood on it. as she pulled it back out she pulled the swab apart a lil bit and shoved it in the container... it came back negative her attorney told her... she is still stupified on HOW or WHAT was the reasoning for passing. she thinks there wasnt enough saliva or that there was no cells from her cheeks and gums.

This is some of the best information I have read on here. Thank you for your research. It makes a difference. When you stated that knowing the process increases your likeliness of passing, I agreed completely. The whole process. So not just how the swab test works but how the people administering the test behave, what is their routine and expectations of you during the time you are testing. What times are there many clients or less clients. All this information can help you. I wish I had the time to tell of all the things I had to endure due to probation and drug testing. Some of it funny now but sooooo stressful at the time. It's kind of funny because they say continued use is just taking the easy way out. Ha! Quit using now that would have been easy! What I did was incredibly challenging. Stayed high my entire sentence. Through halfway house, ankle bracelet, daily UA's, all the meetings. I kept a job made it to all UA's and appointments. Had them all convinced I was clean. Even got off probation early due to my success. If I can do all this, while on methamphetamine daily then what is the big deal? Some people shouldn't do drugs sure, some can't handle it. Just like some shouldn't go to church or workout, because they can't maintain a healthy balance. Don't for one second believe that drugs are illegal to keep us safe. They really don't give a s***, otherwise why is alcohol, one of the most dangerous and addictive drugs out there, legally sold in every town? I just want to say i am not bragging about being high my entire sentence. I am however bragging that I got passed them. I hate conformity and being told what to do as a 40 year old and what I can't do in the privacy of my own home is plain infuriating. No matter what it was I am not doing it. Hope everyone understands this saliva test is no punk. The only way I passed was by sticking it in water then blowing the water to turn the stick blue immediately. Hard to pull of, yes. But I love a challenge!

I took about a gram of methamphetamine in about a 96hr time period and ran out at about 12pm on 01/22/17. I go to see my PO in the morning of the 23rd and it's very possible she will give me an oral swab drug test looking for methamphetamine use. I'm actively attending addiction treatment, I have a very good job, my bills are current and I have money in savings and money to live on. I need this one moment of grace. I'm willing to attend 90/90 to get Handel on this and talk to my lac I see three times a week about my trying to be sneaky and weak.

I have a script for adderall. My problem is the 5 panels on the saliva test I have to take are; THC, ALC, COC, AMP, & MET. So the problem lies in the Methamphetamine and Amphetamines. They test for both. F*** it. I'm brushing my teeth, gums and inside cheeks really really good rinsing with hydrogen peroxide coating my mouth with honey and as I "work the sponge around in my mouth to get it coated in saliva". I'm going to sneak some liquid into the test bottle then put the sponge in dry and roll the dice. WTF they know I'm a drug addict anyway it won't cause any surprise. They can figure out how I've passed every urine test to date. Maybe just maybe they are stupider then they look. But any of you who are addicts we are screwed for life. Get your marijuana card if possible in your area, that way you can make your brain happy in a perfectly legal way. We don't deal with right and wrong in this country so that will have to do. We all know we aren't going to quit unless you want to spend everyday at at some meetings listening to those miserable mofos fake it till they die cause they ain't making anything.
So good luck with that but until you know what that's like don't be disrespectful, don't act like you know anything about it and don't talk s***, it makes you a very very unattractive person. Be kind and don't judge people on their past.

I took methamphetamine last night and have a swab test on tuesday. I only have it occasionally each week. The test is for my doctor and I need to test positive for Xanax but not anything else. What can I do?

Dehydrate yourself. It's water soluable, so sweat, sweat, sweat!!! As much as possible during dehydration. Water pills, niacin flush, working in the hot sun... Then over hydrate yourself for the test.

I take methamphetamine daily and I dosed the morning of the day that I had a pre employment mouth swab drug screen. I THOUGHT I was going in to take a urine test, so I was all set up for a urine test when I got there. I hadn't done anything to prepare for a mouth swab. In fact I'd never even done a mouth swab before so wouldn't know what to do anyway. But I had the same issue as your gf. I had a REALLY dry mouth. I had that thing in my mouth forever cuz i couldn't get it wet enough. They finally accepted it, I left, was sure it was positive, about 20 minutes later I received a copy of the email they sent the employer saying I was good to go. WHAAAT??? Idk, maybe something with dry mouth?? Because I should NOT have passed that!!
