How To Help The Drug Adict The Is Very Important I

Our son is heavily addicted to suboxone.
It started when he tried to function properly after he quit taking opiates.
It is been going on for a long time. He buys pills illegally and lies to us where his money go.
He ruined all relationship with his employers. A lot of money and biggest part of our savings
went to cover his dept in order to keep him out of jail. We cannot live like this anymore and to kick him out on the street is not an option for us either. Because the way he is it will definitely lead him to death or jail. He is very bright and loving boy has no will to fight this addiction.
He lied to physiatrist and he lied to us until yesterday. Yesterday he admitted everything and voluntarily asked us to lock him in a house and let him deal with his withdrawal. I do not believe anymore in anything. What can we do to save his life???? He is 25 years old now.

Hello. I can sympathize with your situation, as I deal with many drug addicts and alcoholics every day.
Any suggestion on the part of the addict that you take action to save him will inevitably be worthless. If the addict wants to stop using or stay stop drinking, they need to access the local AA or NA chapter self-help 12 step groups. As an incorrigible meth addict and alcoholic, I chose AA personally, and have been clean, sober and happy and productive for the past 4 years. I have not had to, nor found it necessary to have a drink, and were it not for the program, I believe I would have died in misery from the condition of addiction. But I could not do it alone, and no amount of well-wishing or loving family could help me do it. I had to do it for myself, and in the end it was my family and friends who had to shut me out, and force me to stop relying on them for money, housing, etc, which forced me to seek the solution that saved my life. If you need help, contact the local AA chapter, (central office in your county would work), or by going to www.aa.org. God Bless your struggle.

Get him a regular doctor to prescribe him the suboxone so he does not have to buy it on the street. He is not getting high off of the suboxone i can guarantee you that. If he was hooked on opiates you would have a problem but i really do not see the problem with the suboxone. Unless it is the cost. If that is the case than finding a doctor is the best thing to do. Go to www.suboxone.com and find a local doctor to write him a prescription.
