Dear lord, x4 5mg should have really affectedyou if uu've never had them before.. That's unbelievable, usually when I have them once or 2ce a week for my anxiety, & even 2 or 3, make me extremely relaxed after 20-30mins.! Make sure u tell your doctor, unless you're used to them, they should be helping ALOT. But u do get used to them VERY quickly & build up a tolerance if u use them every day, so try your best to only use Val's or xan's 2-3 times a week if possible. & ask your therapist for excersises u can do to help with everyday anxiety.! Good luck.!

Please be careful of substituting pills for alcohol. Pills are incredibly addictive for us alcoholics .

I've been on it a couple times 5 to 6 years at a time ( heavy use) and have come off them twice. The withdrawal sucks really bad but it's all mind over matter. After a few months you start to get back to normal.

Try Luvox, it has worked for me for years.

Ok not being selfish but who thiks the 10s are stronger than the 5s and the 5 s stronger than 2s of diazepam i personally think teva 5mg are best about at moment those generic are no way near as strong like wyeth upjohn cox roche were all good makes back in day now their weaker anyone agree

Yes, valium should help immensely out of all the benzos i've tried. They should offer a good solution.

ive took valium all my life they eventually make you depressed after long term use, more you take over the years you dont feel better as you think you would you get morr depressed as you cannot get that buzz you crave so dont even try get on them as their the biggest let down . ok

To b fair that's not very helpful. A fifth of a valium would not touch anybody especially for her anxiety like she described. I ain't dissing you or anything.but you can't compare a 5th to a full one

Quit telling people your theory that Valium and other benzos are dangerous and harmful. You sound like somebody that has no idea what the f*** you're talking about. If you have severe problems then these things will help you tremendously. If you take them the right way and learn what's making you anxious quit telling people not to take anything. People are always wanting to feel high, people always want to enjoy things, experiment with things and try things. Get off your high horse and quit being a f*****g ****t.

Hi crocket, my gp wants me off them too. I think all doctors are the same. I think they have had orders to get people off them without knowing what it ever does to that person who really needs them. Wish I could find a dr who will give them to you because he understands. If you find one let me know. I have them for sleep and anxiety attacks but I need them. What do I do?
