How Long Does Crack Cocaine Stay In Your System For A Urine Drug Test?

I have a drug test in 126 hours (about 5 days). I party daily but not all day long. I need some advice on what I can do in order to pass this test. I have terrible anxiety and need to get some feedback from other people who know the facts and/or have been in this same situation. It isn't that simple though.... I get tested for drugs but I also get tested to see if my prescribed medication is in my system. I take my medications as directed but need to know more about the drug being in my system. Someone please get back to me.... I am throwing this out there in hopes of getting some piece of mind and/or suggestions. Thank you.

I have to take a urine in 5 days for my probation officer I use crack cocaine almost everyday but not all day I need to know how to get it out my system to pass my test I have very bad anxiety and very nervous
