How high was it?
It really shouldn't cause it to be elevated a week after taking it. Are you on anything else that adds potassium? Do you eat a lot of foods that add it?
Are you taking any supplements? Do you drink a lot of fortified drinks, like Gatorade?
Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
