Hi. I just had a meltdown a few weeks ago and was hospitalized. Stilnox helped for the first week, then I started waking up during the night. I am now on dormonoct 2mg in the evening and I take lexamil 20mg in the morning. The dormonoct used to affect my system within half an hour, but now it takes longer, sometimes up to 2 or 3 hours. During the day I feel very sleepy.

Hi I have been taking Dormonoc for a whilst, but lately due to stress have been having panic attacks and anxiety, so dr have prescrived Leximal , i started 2 weeks ago first with a quarter, then a half, now im going to start half and quarter. I have also noticed that I dont fall asleep that fast. I took it years ago both at night, but they dont recommend it now. But i have started the gym, some days are good, and then out of the blue, felt dizzy and had an attack.
