How Can I Get Subutex Not Suboxone? (Page 10) (Top voted first)

I don't know how to go about this as I am shaking and can barely focus, I need help! Please. I fear that my life is going to end from my abuse of opiates. I am currently taking 250 mgs of oxycontin per day. I have a loving fiance and a stepdaughter that I want to be here for. I sit here with cold sweats, and fear going out just because I may make the fearful turn to the meds. Any and all info on how to obtain Subutex would be much appreciated. This wasn't what I wanted my life to be, and I can not let it end this way..Please help me. I am not a religious man but I pray for help as I am at my wits end with this drug.

You wont die from them. But you get to feeling this from them every now and again. At least you know how many milligrams your taking a day most. Who are addicted type 2, which is know as a silent addict on the street, where you only do every once in a while but.once you start cant stop until your body pass out. Those people, myself once included. Do not usually remember how much they took or even had the chance to know what they took so they dont even know it was pain killers, or advil, or even coke.

I was once you............I just had to find people who had subutexand I cut them in quarters,....1 quarter lasted 3 days........u have to be strong and want it, u can't substitute ..........pray for strength and get something for your nerves........I'll pray for you.......:)

I was in exactly your situation 2 years ago, today i lead a normal life. 1st why subutex not suboxone? Find a Dr that will prescribe Viceptone (spelled wrong) It's methadone in a pill form and easier to tape. In the mean time get yourself some Lyrica (great for hot/cold sweats and general all over pain) get over the counter 15mg codine and take 12 a day also Imodium or other over the counter diarrhea medication contains a weak opiate, get some Valium on the st if you cant get a script take 20mg TDS. All this you can do for about 2 weeks max. But you need to get to a Dr that will taper you off opiates using methadone or if you have about 2000 bucks you could do a rapid detox. Your hooked up to heart monitoring equipment etc given a drug like midazalam or propafol (like when your having a colonoscopy/endoscopy etc. Your then given a drug that wipes the opiate receptors in your brain clean the drugs are naloxone or naltrexone. But a word of extreme caution you are going through a honorific withdrawal and people have died during the procedure and is banned in some states and counties. And after its like you have never used an opiate because you have NO tolerance at all to any opiate, many people have died this way you can opt to have a naloxone pellet placed subcutaneous in your arm that lasts a year. It worked great for me and my partner filmed the detox that took about 3 hours ill share it with you if your serious about saving your life. but remember if your abusing subutex you will die. {edited for privacy}. Ron did U say 750 mg of methadone my dog I take 90 mg and going to quit and all I hear about is how sick that i am going to be.I hope U make it getting off of i because it is the devil i gained about 75 pounds in no time and looked like a blimp .I was not the only 1 that it has done this 2 around where I live in Pike County Kentucky all kinds of my friends have quit dope with the M done and made them gain a lot of weight to.My drug consultant at the clinic says i should come down 1 mg a month.I would be coming off the medicine for ever that way my brother quit M done and went to suboxone and found subutex and now he is better than he has been in years.So I pray for both of us that we win the war of methadone i want to stop dose,n the done and start the text.Really hope you accomplish your goal to get better.

Can u plz tell me where to find a subutex doctor bc my boyfriend needs to find a subutex not suboxone bc he cant tolerate the suboxone idk whats in it but hes been finding subutex off the street for over a year now and were dealing with cps so hes got to get into a doctor somewhere and we cant find one anywhere, we can drive to columbus or anywhere just someone please help me so my family can be back together!!

Hey Ryleigh I'm not trying to be judge mental but your saying you take suboxone and then other painkillers such as oxy's on the same day? Do you hear yourself? The naloxone in the suboxone and your painkiller of choice is MOST DEFINITELY the reason why it's ineffective as far as curbing your cravings. You are just going to stay sick all the time and broke. I seriously want to help you. If you really want to stop throwing your money away and do this legit then do not take ANY opioids/painkillers for at least 24 hours you need to feel like your starting to withdraw before you take suboxone. The way you are taking it isn't going to benefit you at all,now if I'm wasting my time just stop me because it sounds like your just wanting subutex for motivation/energy/buzz at day then party with whatever pill you want all night. You think it's gonna be all good then huh? If that's your plan then imagine not making a bowel movement for 2 weeks and how much fun it will be when u finally do go number 2... Lol joking aside I would like to help but I'm pretty sure where your headed with what info u have provided so far

Are you still seeing Dr Polite? I have been switched to suboxone from subutex and am not happy. My Dr will not budge. I am considering the 3 hr drive if you say it is worth it.

how in the hell do you take 750 mgs methadone daily? I mean I could see like 300 getting your own and copping two more doses but effen hell 750 mgs. 750 mgs is probably enough to kill a non tolerant horse, literally a horse (IV equivalent dosage of course). you've gotta taper man don't really wanna know what that is like but good luck getting off the s***. I think I would wonder if my body will ever be the same again.

well thats the thing. if you arent good and sick, its too soon. methadone takes a while to get out of you. 48 hours minimum. or you can listen to verwon and take it right away and go into the worst wds EVER.

Thanks i appreciate the advice. The honest advice i should say. Unlike that verwon person giving out nothing but LIES!! I personally experienced the w/ds when i took the subutex too soon. I wanted to die!

ya, I thought had experienced serious w/ds until I did that. those precipitated w/ds brought on by the subutex too early? o my holy hell, I was climbing the walls and BEGGING my hubs to smother me w a pillow!! he just started shoving trazodone down my throat til I finally passed out. I NEVER want to experience that again. NEVER!! I hope you are able to successfully make the switch.

and whoever said they were on 750 milligrams of methadone? is LYING. that isn't even possible. the MOST I have even heard of someone being on is around 250. and believe me, 250mgs of methadone is a LOT of juice. I am on 70, having gone down from around 90. 250? hell naw.....

I have hep c and the suboxone is giving me headaches and sharp pains in my stomach, i went to a doc today and he wrote me suboxone, which to my understanding if you have hep c the naloxone hurts ur liver from what ive heard and read. What would be a way to get my doctor to prescribe subutex?

i was lucky with my doctor. when i started on suboxone, i didnt even realize that there was such a thing as subutex. now i have stomach issues anyway. so when i went back to the dr. to check in after a week of being on the suboxone, i told him it was all good except that my stomach was just wrecked the whole time. he said it was probably the naloxone in the meds, and he switched me over to subutex. i also have hep c, but we did not yet know it at the time that all this happened.

I waited 72 hours after my last dose of methadone and 24 hours after my last issue of H I took my first 2 mg of sub at 10 o'clock this morning waiting an hour took two more milligrams waited an hour took two more milligrams and I still don't feel good. Can anyone tell me why. I feel weak and having hot and cold flashes

What state do you live in? All you have to do is google Suboxone doctors in your local area and once into see the doctor just tell him/her that you prefer Subutex. Thats exactly how it worked for me.

Your totally right about that! I was on Methadone for 10 yrs and switched to Subutex but didnt like it and switched to Suboxone. Although I truly wanted to be clean tho. I didnt use at all. Just the Suboxone. Ive been on Suboxone for almost a year now and its been very successful for me. I hope you all the best of luck! :)
